TMG Construction's renovation work on this A-frame timber house on Oceanic Drive, Wurtulla saw them take out a Master Builders Award for Home Renovation/Remodelling Project $150,000-$350,000.
The home was remodelled to take advantage of its seaside proximity through the use of extensive timber flooring and glass louvres. The spacious entrance foyer is enhanced by an attractive timber flooring and stainless steel staircase, a favourite feature for the judges. The quality workmanship is evident from the flooring to the roofing.
