It is with great pleasure that I provide this reference for TMG Construction.
It’s through my position as chairman of the Windmill Apartments at Mooloolaba QLD and chairman of the building committee that I have got to know and had the opportunity to work closely with both Tim and Wendy.
In summary the body corporate is delighted with the refurbishment outcome of our occupied building.
They started construction on time, finished on time and all work carried out was of a very high standard. They genuinely cared about the outcome, the occupants of the building and the finished standard of work.
Tim and Wendy work very well together, Tim attending to all the daily construction issues, whilst Wendy manages behind the scenes, attending to all the issues and purchases. This teamwork of theirs was critical to the outstanding outcome of our building, allowing Tim to remain on site paying close attention to all the detail and their subcontractors.
It was a pleasure and refreshing to deal with Tim and Wendy in an industry renowned for difficulties and disputes.
